POW are seeking an enthusiastic, creative individual to work within our Progression project. You will work with adults who are or have been in the sex working industry. You will support people around education, employment, social inclusion and overcoming barriers to reaching their potential. You will run weekly peer mentoring groups to improve confidence, provide opportunities and foster positive relationships. In addition to being responsible for a caseload of service users within Progression you will work with the team to deliver our core services – our twice weekly drop in and our evening outreach sessions.
