POW Nottingham is looking for an organised and compassionate Core Service and Outreach Co-ordinator to lead and develop our frontline services supporting sex workers in and around Nottingham.

Working closely with the CEO, you will lead a dedicated team of staff and volunteers, oversee the day-to-day delivery of our services, build partnerships with local organisations and help ensure our services remain safe, inclusive and responsive to the needs of those we support.

Summary of responsibilities

As our Core Service and Outreach Co-ordinator you will:

Lead the operational delivery and continuous improvement of POW Nottingham’s drop-in, outreach and empowerment services.

Line manage staff and volunteers, supporting their wellbeing, development and performance.

Act as Deputy Safeguarding Lead and oversee safeguarding, health and safety and organisational risk.

Develop partnerships with health, housing, welfare and community organisations to improve outcomes for service users.

Coordinate trauma-informed, solution-focused support and outreach for women accessing our services.
